القوى العاملة: تعيين 482 شاباً .. منهم 17 من ذوي القدرات بالسويس

أعلن محمد سعفان، وزير القوى العاملة، قيام مديرية القوى العاملة بمحافظة السويس بتعيين 472 من شباب الخريجين بشركات القطاع الخاص والاستثمارى ، منهم 17 شاباً من ذوى القدرات الخاصة من خلال شهادات القيد المرتدة “كعب العمل”، وذلك من خلال مكاتب التشغيل التابعة للمديرية ، وتم تسجيل 1060 باحثا عن عمل، منهم 34 من ذوي القدرات الخاصة.
وأشار الوزير أنه فى مجال رعاية العمالة غير المنتظمة تم صرف منحاً للرعاية الاجتماعية والصحية لتلك الفئة بلغت 50 ألف جنيه لـ 20 عاملا من المسجلين بالإدارة ، فضلاً عن استخراج 600 شهادة قياس مستوى المهارة ، ورخصة مزاولة المهنة .
وأشار حاتم جاد الرب مدير المديرية – في تقريره للوزير عن إنجازات المديرية عن شهر أكتوبر الماضي – إلى أن المديرية تلقت فى مجال علاقات العمل 117 شكوى فردية، تم تسوية 21 شكوى منها ودياً ، وتحويل 16 منها للمحكمة العمالية، وحفظ شكوى منها ، و 31 شكوى مازالت تحت البحث والدراسة ، وتجديد ترخيص عمل لأجنبي .
وأوضح مدير المديرية أنه فى مجال التفتيش العمالي ، تم التفتيش على 223 منشأة ، وتم تحرير 14 محضراً لمنشآت مخالفة ، والقيام بـ 16 حملة تفتيش شامل ، وعقد ندوة توعية للعمال، والتفتيش على 4 منشآت في مجال السلامة والصحة المهنية ، وأسفر عن تحرير محضر لمنشآت مخالفة ، وتم عقد لجنة خماسية ، ومنح ترخيص لمنشأة .
